Referall ("Referall", "we", "us", "our") is fully committed to safeguarding the privacy of its users, online and otherwise, and the success of our business depends on our ability to maintain the trust of our users.

This Privacy Policy uses the standard of the PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) for Singapore users, the prevailing privacy law in Singapore.

Referall does not pull a credit bureau report on users without permission.

We may also collect and store personal information that you provide to us about other people (such as co-applicants, family members, dependents), including their name, IC/ID/passport number, address, phone number, financial information or other personal information.
5. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies to Automatically Collect Information
We use various technologies to collect information about your activities on our websites. We automatically collect information from your browser when you visit our websites. This information includes your IP address, your browser type and language, access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from us, and the referring website address.

- manage your participation in our Referral Program, including the crediting and redemption of Referral Coins;

Referall shall cease to retain Personal Information as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which it was collected is no longer valid and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

Job Applicants and Employees
If you apply for a job with Referall, we will collect personal data you include in your CV and during your interview. We will use such personal data only for the purpose of deciding whether or not to hire you. If you accept an offer of employment, we will ask you to provide additional personal data as needed for the purpose of managing and terminating the employment relationship.
