Referall Terms of Use

• "Referall" ("we," "us," "our") refers to Referall [Legal Entity, e.g., Pte. Ltd.], the owner and operator of the Platform.
• "User" ("you," "your") refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• "Third-Party Provider" or "Provider" refers to the third-party banks, financial institutions, service providers, merchants, or other entities whose products, services, or offers are displayed on or linked to from our Platform.
• "Products" refers to the financial or other products and services (e.g., loans, insurance, accounts, investments) offered by Third-Party Providers.
• "Referral Program" refers to the program operated by us that allows Users to earn "Referral Coins" through specified actions, such as referring new users or engaging with Providers.
• "Referral Coin" or "Gold Coin" refers to the digital, non-monetary credits issued by us, which can be earned and redeemed on the Platform subject to these Terms.

This Agreement and any relationship between Referall and its Users shall be governed by the prevailing laws of Singapore.

Referall provides an information and referral platform. We provide information, comparisons, and content to help you make informed decisions.

Referral Service: The Platform acts as a referrer. For many Products, you will be directed to the Third-Party Provider's website to complete your application or transaction. Any transaction or agreement you enter into is strictly between you and the Provider. We are not a party to that agreement.

No Guarantee: The data and information you may provide us is not, and is not treated as, an application for a Product or a request to be pre-approved or pre-qualified. We do not guarantee acceptance into any particular program or specific terms or conditions with any Provider.

Provider's Responsibility: Loan approval standards, service terms, rates, and fees are established and maintained solely by the individual Third-Party Providers. A Provider's offer may be subject to market conditions, approval, and qualification.

No Financial Advice: The content on our Platform is for informational and estimation purposes only and should not be considered as financial, legal, or professional advice.

Your participation in our Referral Program is subject to the following terms:

Earning Referral Coins: We may, at our sole discretion, offer Referral Coins to Users for activities such as referring new users or engaging with Providers.

Purchase and Value Ratio: Referral Coins follow a 1:1 purchase/value ratio as defined by us.

Redemption: Referral Coins may only be used on the Platform for specific purposes as defined by us, such as redeeming for vouchers, discounts, or other benefits offered on our Platform.

CRITICAL LIMITATIONS: NO CASH VALUE

• Referral Coins have NO cash value and CANNOT be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
• Referral Coins are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who earned them.

Expiration and Forfeiture: Referral Coins may expire or be forfeited according to our policies as communicated on the Platform.

Program Abuse: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or forfeit Referral Coins if we detect fraudulent activity or abuse of the program.

Modification and Termination of Program: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program (in whole or in part), including the methods of earning, the 1:1 purchase/value ratio, the redemption rules, or the expiration policy, at any time, with or without prior notice.

By using this Platform, you agree:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
• You will not use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password.

All content, text, graphics, logos, scripts, and software on this Platform are the property of Referall [Legal Entity, e.g., Pte. Ltd.] or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any attempt to copy, reproduce, or republish any portion of this site, in part or in whole, is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Information Disclaimer: All effort is taken to derive accurate calculations and provide up-to-date information. However, this information is provided for estimation purposes only and should not be considered 100% accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Platform. All information regarding Products is provided by Third-Party Providers, and we are not responsible for it.

Third-Party Links: The Platform acts as a referrer and contains links to websites of Third-Party Providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Your dealings with any Provider are solely at your own risk.

No Warranty: The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Exclusion of Liability: Referall excludes all liability in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential economic losses or damages (including loss of profit or data) suffered by you or any third party from the use of this Platform, reliance on any information provided, or from any subsequent agreement or transaction you enter into with a Third-Party Provider.

Referall shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Platform and the right to modify the terms and conditions applicable to Users, including these Terms of Use. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Any use by you of the Platform after such posting shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such changes.
